The nights are drawing in and the temperatures are dropping, and although you’re looking forward to snuggling up under a blanket in front of the fire, you’d love something bright outside your window to boost your mood and keep you connected with nature right through Winter.
In this article I’m sharing some plant inspiration and a step by step guide of how to create a sensory container to bring you joy right through winter and beyond.
Step 1 - Decide what to include
Choose plants and colours that you’re drawn to and that have a a sensory element to them. This means that you can use them to engage your senses to connect with nature and feel its calming benefits after a full on day.
