Things to do this week in your garden- June Week 1

Mindful Gardening and Floristry activities to calm your mind and soothe your soul

As I write I’m surrounded by children playing noisily with Peppa Pig toys, having already broken up a fight, consoled a distraught child, made smoothies and learnt allllllll about Pokemon. Ah the joys of half term. A veritable nightmare for the easily distracted ADHD brain.

I’m taking them to the cinema later as we’re due a storm here. Popcorn and Ryan Reynolds starring in a new kids film, what more could a heterosexual woman want?

The other thing that is helping me find the time and space that I so desperately crave during these intense weeks, is my garden.
