Mindful Gardening and Floristry activities to calm your mind and soothe your soul
It’s been a vibrant week juggling work and keeping the kiddos entertained. The colour is starting to fade from the garden and the leaves are starting to make their way into the house on the bottom of soggy shoes.
I tuned in to a fascinating talk this week about prescribing nature to support mental health and one of the findings from the research was that green and bright green leaves have a larger positive impact on our mental wellbeing.
So as the green fades from the leaves over the next month or so it is important that we find other ways to support our minds whilst in the garden. Here are a few things you can try this week.
