Let me be really clear. My aim in life is to get you gardening every day so that you can feel less exhausted, less overwhelmed and less burnt out.

Studies show that every day gardening gives you:

  • Improved wellbeing- we all want to feel better right?

  • Lower stress levels- yes please!

  • A stronger body- this is NOTHING to do with shrinking yourself. Just growing your power in EVERY sense of the word.

  • Time and space for you to process life- show me a woman who isn’t craving this.

  • Daily joy in your life- We get one shot and mine is sure as hell gonna be packed with joy- is yours?
