1. Being realistic about the amount of work I can get done around the kids
2. Giving myself permission to have time for myself every damn day- even if it’s only 5 minutes. I take mine early so I don’t get distracted with work/ kids activities and before I know it it’s 9.30pm and I still haven’t had any time for me.
3. I use my garden and my horticultural therapy techniques to get into my body and calm my nervous system.
